Yoga + Sculpt

When you combine yoga, cardio, weights, and

up-beat music, your workout is transformed.

I am a firm believer that good music, mindful yoga flow and a set of dumbbells can make anything fun. Be ready to FLOW, BUILD, STRENGTHEN, STRETCH, & RESTORE.

Yoga & Mindfulness

The benefits of a regular yoga practice are endless. Mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Not only does your body and mind feel good, you know you took time out of your day to do something great for yourself. Classes start with yoga warm up stretches and easy flow to build up heat, sweat and prepare for cardio and Sculpt. Restorative yoga and relaxation are important part of our classes to bring all systems back to balance and hit the reset.

Build Strength

Classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group by combining plyometrics and Vinyasa-style yoga flow.  Full body strengthening with body weight resistance to get your heart rate and metabolism moving.  Burn some extra calories, build healthy bone density, tone up those shoulders, biceps and core, and leave feeling calm, strong, refreshed and rejuvenated to start your day!

Focus & Intensity

Sculpt practice has a strong focus on strength and intensity. It combines cardio and weights, making it unlike your typical yoga classes and more like a workout class. However, what sets yoga sculpt apart from other intense workouts is that yoga sculpt, like all yoga classes, has a mental and emotional focus. Not only do these classes strengthen your body, but they also strengthen and challenge your mind.

Sound & Breath
meditation

Breathing consciously is one of the most important parts of yoga and it helps to enhance our physical practice. Classes start with Fire breath for warm up and Ujjayi breath, to improve focus and release tension. Sound meditations are integrated through the class to allow participants to use sound as a therapeutic tool to disconnect from discursive thinking and delve into a transcendental state. At the end of the practice we bring the self into a state of inner peace and calmness.
